Do you pick up guests directly at the cruise port?
We do not offer direct pickup inside the port area due to local regulations. However, our meeting points are located very close to the port:
🛺 TukTuk Tours: approximately 700 meters walking distance
🚤 Speedboat Tours: approximately 300 meters walking distance
Detailed directions and meeting instructions are sent after booking.
Is there a long walk between the TukTuk and Speedboat during combination tours?
No. During our combination tours, the transfer between the TukTuk and the speedboat is organized directly by our team. Guests only need to walk approximately 20 meters when changing vehicles.
Can guests bring a wheelchair or rollator?
Foldable rollators can usually be stored during the tour.
Unfortunately, standard wheelchairs cannot be stored safely on our vehicles and boats due to limited space.
If you have mobility questions, feel free to contact us before booking and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you provide child seats for children?
Yes, child seats are available for our TukTuk tours.
However, they must be requested after booking so we can organize the necessary logistics and prepare the vehicle accordingly.
How large can your groups be?
We can accommodate both small and larger groups.
